Foodtech Grand Prix 2021 Preliminary Report: Grand Prize Won by Osaka Heat Cool Co.
2021/10/18The Foodtech Grand Prix 2021 was held on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at the Center of Garage to select the winning teams for the Grand Prize and the Corporate Award.
The Tech Planter concept has evolved to "Deep Issue & Deep Tech Explorer" since the 2020 season, which is a collection of science and technology to solve unsolved "deep issues" through "deep tech. The theme of Osaka Heat Cool Co.A New Eating Experience with a Hot/Cold Tactile InterfaceIt is. The project aims to develop a Peltier device-based hot/cold tactile interface as a technology originating from Osaka University, and to implement in society applications using temperature signals that can improve people's quality of life. The award was given in recognition of the new applications and possibilities in the food area, as well as for our determination to pool our wisdom together to solve problems using this technology.
