ACSL Corporation entered into a capital and business alliance with I-EAT Co.

ACSL Corporation, winner of the Nihon Unisys Award at the 6th Deep Tech Grand Prix, has resolved to form a capital and business alliance with i-Eat Corporation, winner of the Grand Prize at the 1st Agripreneur Grand Prix, and has decided to enter into a capital and business alliance agreement and acquire shares of i-Eat. By adapting ACSL's strength in autonomous control systems to the ground-based robots developed by Ai-Eat, the two companies aim to realize the development of ground-based robots with higher added value.

This is an example of how Alumni can work together to maximize the use of management resources and know-how to improve product technology and expand business for both companies.
