    Kazuhiro Hasegawa
    He holds a master's degree in engineering from Tokyo Metropolitan University. He joined RIVERNESS in his first year of master's degree and later became the first new employee of RIVERNESS. He launched the Human Resource Development Division and became an executive officer in 2012, leading the launch of the TECHPLANTER business and real-tech fund, building case studies of collaboration between startups and local factories, opening the "Center of Garage" incubation facility, and supporting new business creation for small and medium-sized enterprises.

    Shunji Urano
    After a diverse marketing career in the textile field, real estate, and event management, he joined Ecolio in 2019 and is involved in the development of the recycling business. Currently, he is a core member of new business launches including secondary resource conversion, J-credits, biomass solid fuel conversion, and logistics.

    Joined EBARA CORPORATION in 1991. In the Environmental Plant Division, he participated in demonstration tests of a new exhaust gas treatment system for thermal power plants for six years from 1997 as an engineer in charge of technology. Then, for about 10 years, he participated in the construction project of a large-scale waste treatment facility overseas as a project manager. After working in the administration department, he joined the planning department in 2017, where he was involved in SDGs initiatives and new business development, etc. He will assume his current position in 2019.

    In 1981, he received a master's degree from the Graduate School of Engineering at Keio University. In the same year, he joined the Musashino Telecommunications Research Institute of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation (now NTT), where he was engaged in research and development of power MOSFETs, one-chip power supplies and on-board power supplies. In 1991, he was a visiting researcher at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the United States. After working for NTT Facilities, Inc. and SOC Corporation, he joined Origin Electric Co.

    After graduating from Sophia University, Faculty of Letters, Department of English Literature, he joined a rotating machinery manufacturer, where he worked for about 10 years in sales (sales and application engineering) of cryogenic submerged motor pumps for liquefied gas plants, which are special pumps for the overseas market. After that, he moved to our company and worked for about three years in sales of Roots blowers, a type of low-pressure gas compressor for plants, for the Southeast Asian market, and is now engaged in the current planning work.

After joining Daikin Industries in 1987, he was engaged in the development of basic and elemental technologies for air conditioners in the Research Department, and at the same time, applied for an in-house entrepreneurship program and implemented project activities. He has served as Deputy Director of the Technology Innovation Center (in charge of compressors) and will be appointed Deputy Director of the Technology Innovation Center (in charge of advanced technology research) in September 2022.

    Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1972 and raised in Oita Prefecture. Completed a master's degree in applied energy engineering at Kyoto University Graduate School of Engineering in 1997. In the same year, he joined Nippon Steel Corporation (now Nippon Steel Corporation). In the Engineering Business Division, he was in charge of new furnace start-up, process and equipment development for waste gasification and melting furnaces, and from 2012, worked on technological development and overseas commercialization of biomass fuel (pellets and bioethanol) production before assuming his current position in 2020.

    Toshihiko Matsuo
    Joined JR East in 2003. He was in charge of the operation and development of shopping centers at Station Building atre. He was in charge of urban development planning for Takasaki Station, Niigata Station, etc., and new business planning. Obtained MBA in 2014. He has been in charge of the Marunouchi redevelopment project and the planning of Takanawa Gateway City (tentative name) since 2016, mainly in charge of co-creating projects with partner companies. Most recently, he opened Japan's first hybrid clinic combining face-to-face and online services on a station platform. He is also working on the first drone-based entertainment food delivery service in Tokyo.

    Satoshi Kanai
    Joined Nihon Unisys (at that time) in 1992. He has worked for many years with utility companies such as electric power companies, and has been involved in DX promotion in the energy field, including deregulation of the electric power industry. Recently, he has been overseeing the creation of service businesses to achieve carbon neutrality. He aims to solve social issues related to the environment and people's lives.

    Yuji Matsuzaka
    He joined Focus Systems, Inc. in 1995. After working as a system development SE and IT infrastructure SE, he became a manager and then a sales manager, where he promoted the IT service business by collaborating with major customers and developing business plans and proposals. Currently, he also serves as the head of the Business Creation Office and is engaged in activities to create new businesses by building relationships with startup companies and university research laboratories. Most recently, he has been involved in the establishment of a new company for research and development of VR/AI, joint research with Nagoya Institute of Technology, and the creation of a business that utilizes drones.
