    D. (Life Sciences), Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, The University of Tokyo. Founding member of RIVANESS. He established the RIVANES research institute and built the foundation for research support and R&D projects. He has devised unique business models such as "RIVANESS Research Fund" and "L-RAD," a platform for unused research ideas, and has led many projects involving industry, academia, and education.

    Eiji Hori
    After returning to Japan, he accumulated various experiences such as software development, corporate sales, and planning and development manager.     Akihiro Okutani
    In 2008, he returned to the Technology Development Division, where he was in charge of new business development and the environment. Since then, he has been involved in the development of foamed ceramics that effectively utilize industrial waste and thermoplastic carbon fiber composite materials, and has expanded the business into the fields of construction and civil engineering materials, agricultural materials, and gardening materials. He is now working hard every day to commercialize solutions to the problems of local communities, such as national land resilience, agricultural promotion, and satoyama preservation.

    Yasunori Miyauchi
    He joined PFU Corporation in 1988. Based on his first experience in scanner development, he was appointed as General Manager of Scanner Overseas Sales in 2014. After that, he was stationed at FUJITSU ASIA PTE LTD and engaged in sales expansion of scanners in Southeast Asian countries based in Singapore. He has been involved in management since his return to Japan in 2016, and currently serves as Director, Executive Vice President, CTO/Head of Business Development Division.

    Hiromi Watanabe
    Joined Nihon Unisys (at that time) in 1990. He was engaged in the advancement of financial institutions' systems, focusing on the core system domain of regional banks and Internet banks. In recent years, he has been working with financial institutions, local stakeholders, and various start-ups to promote business ecosystems to address social issues of regional economic revitalization, and to realize a sustainable society in the DX era.

    Nanami Terada
    After working in local product sales and product planning at JR's core trading company, he worked at the Nagano branch office in collaboration with local venture companies and government agencies to work on regional development, including creating a related population and planning tourism policies. He is in charge of collaboration with overseas startups, including BLOCK71 of the National University of Singapore.

    Fumio Hamano
    Born in Ishikawa Prefecture in 1973, he joined Hokkoku Bank in 1997. In 2021, as the Head of Planning Group, he was involved in the establishment of Hokkoku Financial Holdings, FD Advisory, an investment advisory subsidiary, and QR Investment, a specialized investment subsidiary, He is currently a member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan. He is a member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Graduate School of Business Breakthrough.

    Masashi Yasuda
    After graduating from university, he worked for 10 years at the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan for LP investment in funds, incubation facility operation, subsidy operations, etc. From 2018 to 2020, he worked at the Hokuriku Head Office, where he was in charge of incubation facility operation and expert dispatch business, supporting ventures and SMEs in three prefectures in Hokuriku in collaboration with universities and support organizations. He joined Mizuho Bank in October 2022. In October 2022, he joined Mizuho Bank, where he worked in the Innovation Company Support Department, providing growth support mainly to SaaS, AI, and security-related ventures. In April 2023, he joined Mizuho Bank as a Regional Tech Planter in charge of regional development projects.

    In 2019, he established a venture subsidiary to develop repair and reinforcement materials using proprietary technologies to solve the social issue of aging transportation infrastructure such as bridges and tunnels. 2022 In 2022, together with QR Investment Co., Ltd. he established the "Hokuriku Region Venture Fund," a joint GP-type venture fund, and continues to invest in ventures that will contribute to the economic revitalization of the Hokuriku region.

    D. in Bioscience from Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST). He switched from information engineering to the field of life science and became fascinated by DNA information that controls life. After working as a postdoctoral researcher at Kyowa Hakko Kirin Co., he co-founded Pharmaranta Inc. in 2021, and as CTO, he is working to establish fundamental technologies to control life through engineering.

    Blood product cryopreservation services for animal autotransfusion

    Red blood cells and plasma from pets and rare animals are collected and cryopreserved while healthy for future autotransfusions. Each animal registers as a member, and if that animal dies without frozen blood products, the frozen products can be donated and used by other members for treatment.
