SHIZUOKA TECH PLANTER is a program to discover science, technology, and business seeds that could create new industries in Shizuoka Prefecture, which boasts rich agricultural, forestry, and fishery resources and a large share of the manufacturing industry. The program also works with educational institutions to nurture the next generation of entrepreneurs and researchers.
