He launched the Human Resource Development Division and became an executive officer in 2012, leading the launch of the TECHPLANTER business and real-tech fund, building case studies of collaboration between startups and local factories, opening the "Center of Garage" incubation facility, and supporting new business creation for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Later, after participating in waste treatment facility construction projects in Japan and overseas, he worked in the Corporate Planning Division, Internal Control Division, Internal Audit Division, and others before assuming his current position in 2021. He is working on social implementation of chemical recycling and creation of new businesses for resource recycling in local communities.
